The rooms were spacious. The AC never worked during the stay, despite repeated complaints, the Wi‑Fi reception in the room was very poor, and the breakfast selection was disappointing.

The staff are friendly and helpful in every matter. The mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable.

The spot was spot on and the staff were fantastic, with great views from the hotel, but the bathroom didn’t have a door from the main room and the room was a little noisy because of the neighboring rooms.

The scent inside was nice and the staff were very good, but the lack of a toilet door, the absence of a covered pool, the uncomfortable beds, and the same issue with the pillows were all drawbacks.
