We felt completely at home. The property fronts a small bay, not far from Puerto Limón, the island’s small city. Breakfast is included, and you can also get lunch and dinner on site, which is incredibly convenient and super tasty. Inyi, who looked after us, is a grandiose cook; everything she makes is excellent. My partner fell slightly ill during the stay and both Inyi and Jorvis were very attentive and caring. Fuerte Mayal offers several activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, and island sightseeing by boat. Don’t forget to ask about their available experiences with Jorvis, an excellent guide who took us to see sloths around the island. The biggest surprise was Tucky and Rocky, two dogs that live on the property nearby. Tucky led us to all the tourist spots and always guided us back—such a smart dog. We’re incredibly grateful and would love to return! Nothing I can think of. You’re surrounded by gorgeous nature, so be mindful of mosquitoes.

Ruhig gelegen, keine Hintergrund Musik. Bei Ankunft im Hafen kannte niemand dieses Hotel. Auch die Polizei, bei der ich mich registrieren musste, kannte es nicht. Erst nach Telefon mit dem Hotel war alles klar: das Hotel nennt sich anders und das wusste niemand bei meiner Ankunft.

Todo me gustó, el desayuno super especial, la atención de todo el personal. Son bien amables, te hacen sentir como en tu casa. No fue que no me haya gustado, pero hay conmigo personas miedosas, y la zona del baño del lugar que me asignaron a mi queda en la parte exterior de la habitación, pero bien cerca, solo que es afuera y sentí miedo al levantarme en la madrugada para ir al baño. Del resto todo muy excelente
