This hotel is great in the center. The staff were very helpful, the room had a nice bathroom, not huge but sufficient. It’s good value for money. The nearest MRT station is a 3‑minute walk. The air‑conditioning and lifts work well, and they keep your luggage safe if you need to check out early. Nothing was wrong; it was fine and good value.

“Dirty”

The kettle was moldy, the wall peeled, and shoes had to be worn in the room. No slippers were provided. The toilet paper roll was half used at check‑in with no extra in the room. Shampoo and body soap came in tiny tubes that last only two days, so you keep asking for more. The shower door was installed incorrectly and doesn’t close properly. In a room with two beds there were only three sockets, only two worked, and they were loose; none were bedside. The wall is so thin I could hear the kettle boiling in the next room. There’s a large almost American‑style gap at the room door, so hallway light is visible from inside and you can hear people walking past. I heard some drilling from inside the hotel at 1 am. The internet was slow and unstable.
