The location was excellent, the staff super friendly, they let us leave our luggage after check‑out, and the breakfast was very good. Everything else was fine.

The place is in a central spot and very convenient. The room was damp, bathroom accessories seemed second‑rate, there were no bathrobes, the air‑conditioner was poorly positioned, and overall the place felt a bit shabby with low maintenance standards and old rooms and finishes. They probably think customers will still come anyway. The breakfast had tasty pastries, but the presentation was very poor.

The staff were hostile and the location was poor, but the place was welcoming. The employees were extremely attentive, the location was very clean, everything was great! Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.
