“Atl Evergreen Resort”
Beautiful Resort property. The Lake tour was the perfect companion to the stay. Captain crunch was entertaining and informative. We will definately be back!. The food was awesome but a bit pricey

The pools were the highlight for the children, though they were closed in the morning. The large chess and checkerboards kept them busy. There’s so much to do and see. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff was unwelcoming; no friendly faces except the hostess. Wait times were an hour or longer, and the waiter seemed in a bad mood, so we were hesitant to ask for anything extra. The food was average, but I’m picky. The front desk at check‑in also needs customer‑service training. We shouldn’t have to pay a park fee if we’re only using the hotel, but I get it—we’re staying inside the park.

The location, seclusion and scenery surrounding the property is wonderful!. The elevators, and depending upon the location of the your room, the ease of getting to it

The property was amazing. Touring the mountain and the property was great. The staff were friendly. The hidden prices was a problem. No breakfast unless you paid an obscene amount of money. The pool closed at 10pm on Friday and 11pm on Saturday. The air conditioner in the room did not cool enough we had to go to Walmart and buy fans. The housekeepers do not clean rooms that are occupied. I had to bring my towels to housekeeping to get clean ones
