Too many terms & conditions. No staff service after 4 pm. I ordered lunch from outside and asked for crockery and cutlery; the reply came after 2 hours, so my €29.50 lunch went cold and I threw it away. The staff were grumpy, rushing through tasks and retreating to their quarters. All the staff were Russian, serving reluctantly and without smiles.
