The attention. The noise of people in the pool. The schedule was not respected. They wouldn't let you sleep.

For the price, the hotel is really good; the facilities and room were very clean, the staff were quite attentive, and the breakfast was sufficient. I have no major complaints, just that the breakfast could be better managed during peak guest hours.
