O sr. Júlio is a spectacle, super polite and cordial. Our stay was brief, but it was perfect. The setting is simple yet provided a pleasant night’s rest and a relaxing shower. Everything was flawless.

The price versus value is poor; it’s too expensive for what it offers. The cost without breakfast and the breakfast itself are very pricey—about R$ 109,00 for an extremely simple breakfast.

It’s a stopover spot to rest on the route before continuing the trip, and the girls were very friendly. However, it lacks a checklist.

I booked through Booking and made it clear that I was traveling with my two dogs, filtering for pet‑friendly places and ticking the “traveling with pets” option. At check‑out the host treated me in a completely off‑hand, rude, accusatory manner, claiming I hadn’t notified him of the animals, that my room wasn’t pet‑friendly, and that if he had known he would have put me in a non‑carpeted room. I explained everything was in order and had been communicated via Booking, yet he ignored me and kept complaining that “it’s a lot of work to remove fur from the carpet.” I spent only one night there, and my dogs don’t shed at all—they sleep in their own beds and never lie on the floor. Even before seeing the room and noticing it was spotless, I was mistreated for a mistake I didn’t make. It was extremely unpleasant and unnecessary, especially since everything was properly indicated on Booking and he simply didn’t see it. He made my stay a terrible, free‑of‑charge ordeal. I would never return or recommend this place.

The hotel didn’t offer breakfast, but there was coffee, biscuits, jam, and the necessary dishes, toaster, and kettle for self‑service. It’s a simple place in a quiet area, with a very friendly host (no English). The bathroom is large with a walk‑in shower. There’s a private parking space and self‑check‑out. It’s a great stop between El Chaiten and Perito Moreno. The surroundings aren’t beautiful, and the carpet feels unhygienic.
