“Affordable and great staff overall but needs some tlc”

The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially the lady who managed the breakfast area. The building itself needs some updates: the windows let in a lot of outside noise, and the shower head in my room was broken and couldn’t be raised—my height is 5 ft 11‑1/2, so it didn’t fit. The bath and hand soaps provided were subpar, and we had to bring our own shampoo and conditioner. Aside from that, it’s a fine place for a short visit (though I wouldn’t choose it for long‑term living). The owners would do well to invest more in the property. The location off I‑81 is great.

“Mixed Review”

The location was convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The pool was clean and enjoyable for a quick stay. However, water leaked from an upstairs bathroom, so we were moved to another room. Both rooms caused allergies and left me congested overnight—perhaps the cleaning chemicals or lack of fresh air were to blame.
