“Zimmer und Lage gut, Personal freundlich. Organisation chaotisch!”

The room was spacious and well equipped, with a modern, functional bathroom. Breakfast offered great value, was plentiful, and the staff were friendly. However, the check‑in was chaotic for both me and my colleagues, and we had to complete it in English, which was fortunately not a problem. Our room was somehow missing from the booking or not reserved at all; a solution was found each time, sometimes involving an upgrade. On the second day, the room keys stopped working and had to be reactivated. One colleague tried to check in and found someone else in his room; the reception didn't know why or who that person might be and then assigned him a different room.

We stayed here for just three days. The stay was very pleasant, a bit noisy but that didn't bother us or our children at all. The rooms were very large, nice, and especially clean.

The room looked great and the hotel entrance was impressive, with high, wide stairs, plus the salt‑water aquariums filled with beautiful fish. Breakfast wasn’t inside the hotel but in the building next door, which required a bit of searching, though the lady there was very friendly. Parking cost €17.50, a fee that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. The receptionist wasn’t particularly helpful, spoke little and didn’t have a pleasant demeanor; after I told her I’d already paid through the app two days earlier, she just pushed the card machine at me and walked away to fetch a colleague without saying anything. I had booked breakfast too, but the staff couldn’t find it in their system, so I had to show the app reservation. They gave us a first‑floor room and when I asked for directions she only pointed at the lift and said “lift,” which wasn’t very useful.

“Zonde van ons geld”

The location was convenient, but we suffered a lot of noise and weren’t warned about ongoing construction. The lift was tiny, there was no bar, no air‑conditioning or fridge in the room, and we only received two towels for four people.

I didn't have a great experience at this hotel. There wasn't much that stood out positively. Unfortunately, I don't have any specific complaints to share either.
