“The staff isn’t that nice and very unprofessional, have zero sense of urgency and they are so unbothered”

I liked the location, it was very quiet and safe, my partner and I found our room clean all the time, but the fact that there is no bar fridge in the room was really disappointing, the iron issue was upsetting because I had to go to the floor upstairs to iron, this morning before I checked out there was no iron on the 2nd floor so I had to walk too long just to get my clothes ironed, I was very unhappy about that because I dislike inconvenience in a hotel.

There is nothing to like about this place; the front desk staff are clueless just like their manager, they did not refund me my money even after they had their profile online even after they were fully booked, sh*t service all round, I don't advise anyone to book here.

The cleanliness was excellent and the staff were very accommodating for a big family, but breakfast was included for everyone.
