“Pessoal muito cortez.”
The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but there was little activity and the coffee replenishment was low.

The location and service were good, but there was noise. I stayed on the reception level. The city was in celebration, staff left late and the noise was loud, and they arrived at dawn, banging on doors while laughing. From Sunday to Monday it was impossible to sleep. I suggest a quiet rule from 22 :00 to 6 :00.

Comfortable room, very good bed, but the towels are hard. I stayed on the same floor as the reception, and there was a show in the city, so it was impossible to sleep. There was a lot of noise from people talking loudly, banging, and calling at the doors. There was no quiet‑time notice after 10 pm.

Nothing. What’s the issue with USB points? Like it’s 2026 and USB has been around for 30 years…And, it’s cheap and easy to replace standard AC sockets with one that has at least one USB socket!! The room (level 2) was VERY noisy early in the morning—really noisy…people/stuff (you know it’s Sunday there’s no need to yell at everyone down the hallway)!? Basically, everything needs a renovation—everything is old/dated/worn out. Then there’s breakfast…you would think that would go to at least 11 am on a Sunday but…no! Who can be sure what time breakfast actually finished because there was no one around to tell me! Basically, if you have to stay in Luziania you really have no choice however, if you have the option DRIVE through to Brazilia where there are really really good hotels.
