The location in Barcelona was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included in the price. However, the mattresses were of mediocre quality and the sleep comfort was poor. There were very few shared facilities – no television, not enough tables for all guests. Breakfast had to be prepared and washed entirely by guests. It was expected that guests would use the same towels throughout the stay. The dormitories for 8 people were crowded and there was no separate space for shoes or luggage. Only 2 showers and 3 toilets were available for up to 20 guests. The price‑to‑quality ratio was disappointing.

The bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom was only average.

The staff were friendly, the kitchen was open from 08:00 to 23:00, and everything was clean.
