The hotel's location is unbeatable – right next to the slopes and with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Waking up to the stunning view of the slopes and relaxing in the in-room open-air onsen was a dream come true.
The hotel's cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The rooms were old and in need of renovation.
The onsen is a real highlight, providing the perfect way to unwind after a long day on the slopes.

“A great hotel for families near skiing facilities.”
The location is fantastic, the room is comfortable and the Onsen is great!
“Great location. Ski in & out. Private onsen awesome”
We booked rooms that had a private onsen, which really made the trip worthwhile. The place is a bit run down but stays clean and is cheap for Niseko. We stayed for 5 nights and it’s a solid budget choice. The only downside was that the rooms weren’t cleaned daily.
“70's vibe in a quality location. A good cost-effective option.”
The private onsen and ski‑in ski‑out location were the highlights. The decor feels dated and the breakfast buffet was oddly interesting.
“Onsen in room epic view”
It exceeded my expectations; the onsen in the room was a game changer, and if you’re used to western beds, the futon was an adjustment but felt like a slumber party (very fun for a girls ski trip); the staff were always very helpful; ski‑in ski‑out with lockers was huge; the room was nicer and more modern than expected given other comments; I would stay again. Outside is a little run down but the rooms themselves are great!
“Very comfortable hotel which we would recommend and stay again!”
The hotel sits in a great spot. Our room was large, super comfy, and had its own onsen overlooking the ski slope. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the main onsen was gorgeous. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the boot room/locker room was downstairs, so we could ski in and out easily. We loved it, though it isn’t as new or fancy as some other Niseko hotels, it still had everything we needed.
