I arrived to find the room smelling of cockroach and bug spray, the bathroom in severe disrepair, and the bed only had a bottom sheet and an old, unclean blanket—no top sheet. Don’t be fooled by the low price; we left minutes after arrival and didn’t receive a refund.

Agus is legendary—kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location is fantastic, the room is clean and simple, and the value is incredible for the price.

Agus is a lovely, friendly host. The bed is huge and comfy, and the large porch is great for relaxing. It’s a short walk to the beach, warungs, shops, and yoga, and the distance from the road keeps traffic noise to a minimum. The bathroom feels a bit tired but works well, with hot water and good shower pressure. The property is only accessible on foot or by scooter.

A lovely place right on the sea, with a very friendly team, and I’ll definitely return :)

The location is great, the pool is nice, and the value for money is solid. The room feels very basic and the bathroom is quite worn, but you can’t complain given the price. It’s also important to support local spots like this instead of only big international investors, especially there. Plus there are plenty of food options just a few steps away. Thanks Agus, we’ll be back ☺️
