The staff were very welcoming, the hot water worked well, the room had potable water, and the bedding was excellent. The room was a bit cramped for two people, but if you’re just looking to sleep, it’s fine.

The team was lovely, the room had everything needed, was tidy, clean, and pleasant. The location wasn’t central, but public transport made it easy to reach any spot in a second.

I had been told the hotel was moving because of construction, but the new Gold building let me check in without any trouble; it’s fairly close to the MRT and hawker centre, which made getting around easy and comfortable, and the room was clean and pleasant. The downside was that the shower area had no divider, so water splashed all the way to the toilet, there were only two bath towels for two people and no hand towels, and the lack of a washing machine was disappointing.
