I had a very bad experience; the resort was not good at all and I ended up losing money. Everything felt bad and there was no redeeming factor.

Nothing positive. They charged me for the air conditioning even though it was included in the price, said they didn't care and told me I could report it; they gave me a receipt with a new price. This hotel should be removed or blacklisted. Many other issues were very bad. The AC remote’s batteries were dead and they had no spare batteries to replace them. I had to wait more than half an hour at reception while the staff searched every unoccupied room for a working remote. I stayed only one night and left early the next morning.

No response from management. No water was provided and the place was not hygienic.

I truly appreciated the hotel's fantastic location and charming atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed that the economy block didn't have a lift, and the complimentary breakfast, although a nice gesture, was just average. Overall, the hotel's strengths outweighed its weaknesses, making it a pleasant experience for me.
