“Decepcionante experiencia”

Don’t make the same mistake I did; I can’t recommend staying here because it’s hard to reach (if you don’t have a car, stay away—taxis charge €40‑45), the water was cold and when it finally heated it lasted only a minute before cutting out, the floor was dusty and we only had one towel for two people, plus the lights were turned off in the morning (probably to save electricity); for the price it’s not worth it—breakfast was very good, but everything else was disappointing, they even offered a €45 taxi knowing the place is practically inaccessible, and I booked here thinking activities would be nearby, yet it’s far from the quad and camel sites.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The remote location was actually a bonus, allowing me to fully disconnect and unwind. However, the staff's exceptional hospitality and warm welcome made up for any initial reservations I had about the hotel's seclusion.

“Schöne Lage, mit sehr gemütlichem und unorganisierten Personal”

I recently stayed at this hotel, which was located in a secluded area of the Agafay Desert, offering a beautiful sunrise view. The dinner show and campfire event was a lovely experience. However, I encountered some issues, such as the hotel being difficult to reach due to the poor condition of the road, and the slow pace of everything, which sometimes felt frustrating.

“C était exceptionnel”

My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that greeted me from the moment I arrived. The friendly staff at the front desk made me feel right at home, and their helpfulness was truly appreciated. However, the hotel's Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel's charm and hospitality made up for the occasional technical glitch.
