Dung was fabulous—friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything. The location was great; I didn’t want to be too close to the market, but it was still a short 12‑15‑minute walk, and the surrounding area has plenty of local restaurants. The fruit for breakfast was fresh and varied, and Dung always gladly prepared bacon and eggs however I preferred them. The shower water pressure was weak, making it hard to get in and out of the bath for someone with a replacement knee. I didn’t watch TV much in Da Lat, but it would have helped to have a clear picture (the channel I tried wasn’t working). Options for non‑Vietnamese speakers were very limited, and the same program on the local channel played for three days straight—repetitive and few choices.

The highlight of our Da Lat stay was the owner, Mrs Dung, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued; her friendship and kindness made the visit unforgettable. The hotel’s location is perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. It’s quiet, comfortable, and very clean, offering excellent value for the price we paid. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. We’ll definitely return to Da Lat and stay here again—many thanks to Mrs Dung.
