Hotel Wela - Premium All Inclusive

The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome, which we really appreciated. The meals, however, weren’t always to our liking, so the dining left a bit to be desired. Overall, the service made up for the food hiccups.

The restaurant crew were courteous and the hotel itself is quiet—most guests are retirees, so it feels safe for families with little ones. Unfortunately, our booking turned into a mess: we paid 50 % upfront for three superior rooms and two standard ones, only to find the rooms were identical and the “deluxe” label didn’t exist, leading to an overbooking nightmare.

The staff were upbeat and helpful, and the food was decent enough for a one‑night stay; we especially loved the pool that stayed open until sunset, letting us swim and even dance after the kids went to bed. The animation team tried their best, though it didn’t match the polish we’ve seen elsewhere, and the all‑inclusive drinks were fine but not premium.

We fit comfortably each day, enjoyed heavenly meals, and never felt let down by the hotel; the staff were also clearly professional. The overall experience was consistently pleasant.

“Budget Hotel”

The personnel were extremely friendly and the hotel was spotless, with a bus stop right outside making arrivals easy. On the downside, the all‑inclusive buffet was bland, the cappuccino from the machine tasted salty, and the beer was watery; the pool felt geared toward kids, the air‑conditioning seemed dirty and made both of us sick, and the beach was always crowded with no free spots.
