Location and cleanliness were great, and everything else was fine.

The location is ideal, just steps from bars and restaurants, yet still relatively quiet at night. The bathroom was not clean: hair from the previous guest was visible when I arrived, and after staying 4 days it still hadn’t been cleaned at checkout. I had to wait 15 minutes to check out at 4 am, and with a taxi waiting I couldn’t verify the bill on site; only on the plane did I notice the hotel had charged me for breakfast, which was supposed to be included in my rate. I’ve been requesting a refund for two weeks with no response from the hotel, and I also contacted the agency, but they remain unresponsive.

Check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy, and the desk person was friendly. The shower could have been cleaner.

The rooms were large, but the breakfast service was terrible, and the pool was dirty with murky water.
