The villa is not called Seminyak Guest House; it’s Lumatri Guesthouse, and the map points to the wrong spot. We drove for over an hour trying to locate it. Finally, a nearby guesthouse told us, “Oh, you’re probably looking for Lumtari Guesthouse.” They said this always happens and that three other people that week were also searching for the place. The contact number provided on the booking is unreachable. I tried to use the chat feature to say I wanted to leave early, but there was no way to get in touch with anyone. The room wasn’t cleaned properly; hair and jewelry from a previous guest were left under the bed. The room was full of mosquitoes, and the pool was not clean.
