Everything was great: parking, pool, gym with personal trainer, spa, top‑class room, and even the restaurant was top.

The room and beds were good, and the restaurant food was also good. Unfortunately the service and staff were lacking; arriving on a motorcycle in 40 °C I was not offered a drink, and four employees ran past me in the restaurant without asking what I wanted. I wanted food, but I was not given a menu or a drink. The highlight was the breakfast, yet after eating only a little I asked for a bottle of water for my onward journey and was denied, even though it was 40 °C outside. This is how travelers are treated at this hotel; guests feel like a nuisance, nobody greets them, people smoke secretly on the corridors, and the management is very poor. With over 6000 km in Turkey, this is the most unfriendly hotel I've ever experienced.

“Bra hotel med internationell kvalité.”

The hotel was incredibly beautiful, large, clean, with nice rooms and pleasant social areas, a big and fine restaurant, and a pleasant breakfast dining room. The gym and spa were excellent and pleasantly surprised us. The staff at all positions were friendly and English-speaking. The hotel is still unfinished and located a bit outside the city (10 min), so you need a car or a taxi or a friend with a car.
