The room is large and even includes a DIY breakfast. There was only one TV with four Rai channels, and they didn’t work.

I was excited to visit Pisa, but the experience fell short. There was no hot water when I arrived and it took 3 hours to get it running. The air‑conditioning was cheap and noisy, and I had to drain it myself every two days. One of the shutters was missing a large piece, so I woke up early to the light. The fridge was tiny for the number of people in the room, and the bathroom and toilet were similarly cramped. A child with no manners opened our room several times just to look around. It felt more like a private home without the usual perks.
