There was a conditioner and a terrace, but the conditioner worked loudly and inconsistently.

Nothing good, but the advertising was misleading. I was disappointed that a low‑quality listing like this was ranked so high. Their descriptions were basically false. First, there is no parking; only a tiny strip in front of the building that can hold no more than two cars, and you can’t even make a U‑turn without scratching your car. The photo of the advertised “parking space” made me laugh when I arrived. On Day 1 there was a disgusting ball of hair in the toilet. The walls are paper‑thin and you can hear everything the other guests are doing from inside your own room, so privacy is basically nonexistent. On Day 2, I was rudely woken by two people banging on my door and trying to peer through the windows on the ground floor because they thought staff would be at reception; they kept banging on the doors because the remote staff wouldn’t answer the phone at 10 AM. The blinds cannot be opened, so there’s no fresh air. On Day 3 I was again rudely awakened, this time by a neighbor blasting the horn of her Mercedes for no reason, lasting almost 20 minutes with loud cursing in Portuguese. I couldn’t sleep afterward. I didn’t get a good night’s rest at all. I hated every minute of my stay and that’s a strong word. I felt cheated out of my money. Don’t be fooled by the pictures or the way they try to present this as a “guest house”; it’s more like a cheap hostel. The no‑refund policy is a joke: once you realize you want to change your mind, the “Reservations department” suddenly closes for the day and you’re left running around.

The room was comfortable and clean, though small, and it was perfect for two nights, but the price and the fact that the bathroom was outside the room were known beforehand.

The room was cozy, but the bathroom felt old with a stained shower that looked dirty, and there was no shower gel. Over five days, the linens never changed, and the fridge was unimportant during the summer.
