The room was never serviced overnight. The small fridge leaked water all over the floor, and the people next door smoked, so smoke drifted into my room. I’ll go to Days Inn next time.

It was cheap—too cheap, which should have been a red flag. The property looked run down on the outside, but that didn’t bother me because it had an 8.1 rating and I expected clean, up‑to‑date rooms. The first room smelled moldy and we couldn’t stay there for even five minutes, so we asked for another room. We were told only one more was available, though the place looked almost empty; it smelled mildly better. The floors were dirty and I couldn’t stand walking barefoot. The bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on and the sheets were dirty. Our towels were stained, the bath mat had holes, and the ceiling above the shower was about to cave in. We looked for another place to stay, but there were few options in the area and the nearby music festival left us sold out. The highest score I would give this place is about 5.4. As we were leaving, the owner arrived. We asked if he had a moment to talk, but he refused and went into an office.

It was nice and clean, and I liked having someone in the office at all times. I couldn’t get the TV to show a movie; it was showing a lot but I couldn’t get them to come on. I enjoy watching TV when I lie down, but I didn’t. 70007

Nothing good. It was disgusting and we left after 30 minutes. Mold, musty, filthy, bugs.
