“Отель рядом с дорогой. Это хорошо и плохо”

The hotel is decent for its price, with fresh renovations and all the usual comforts, but it sits too close to the road and railway, making it impossible to sleep with the windows open. Parking is available in the back yard, even a spot for electric car charging. Check‑in is a bit awkward, especially coming from the Tbilisi side, and the city center takes 15‑30 minutes depending on traffic, which is heavy. Breakfast didn’t match the photos; we were probably off‑season and saw little variety, but overall it was acceptable.

The location is convenient and the breakfast isn’t bad. However, the hotel wears out quickly due to heavy foot traffic, and the rooms feel almost doorless, making noise a problem.

Nothing good. The AC doesn’t cool the room, the bathroom is dirty, and the overall condition is poor.

Late check‑in is possible. The reservation included breakfast, but we were told it only starts at 9 am, and we were leaving earlier, so we missed it.
