It’s a peaceful place, even though the days I stayed there were undergoing renovation work. The hotel offers a storage option for purchases. Breakfast was very basic for Oxapampa, the décor was unremarkable, we found stains on the comforter, and the curtain didn’t work.

I liked that there was a little café on the upper floor with a nice view, and the room was very comfortable, warm, and especially clean. I felt that this part of the hotel doesn’t depend too much on you, but the road to get there isn’t paved, making the walk a bit complicated; luckily it’s only two blocks. Because it’s pet‑friendly, I always had to ask for a tuk‑tuk when other dogs were loose on the grounds and tried to get close to mine (they were large and numerous). That part wasn’t very impressive, and the dining area felt a bit dark and cold; I’d add more lighting.

Breakfast should offer a choice between two juices. The breakfast hours should be extended to at least 9:30. The bathroom water pipe made many strange noises like erotic sounds; they need to fix it.

The price and offer are good, the place is comfortable and clean. It does not have a garage.
