Everything was false: the room I booked wasn’t available, yet they charged me more than the price I had paid—this feels like a forgery. The service was terrible, with no attendants during my stay, no one asking for water, and rude behavior that seemed common with every guest.

The experience was absolutely pathetic. They accepted my booking and even confirmed my check‑in time, but then claimed no rooms were available and that other guests had been cancelled. They told me to speak to someone who didn’t give a contact number for such problems, and the location is also bad.
