Nothing good to say. The staff was awful, cancelling my booking without any notice; if you’re traveling from far away, don’t book this resort because once you arrive, they’ll cancel your reservation without even contacting you even though you already gave them your card details.

The same villa has no bedroom on the ground floor and no elevator, which might not suit seniors or people with special needs.

I liked the chalet’s interior décor, even though it could use some renovation. The jacuzzi and pool were impressive and clean, but the pool water was cold.

The staff cooperation was good, but the pool was very dirty and the location was moved to another spot; fortunately, one of the chalets had a clean, empty pool.
