The address is wrong. They listed their real home instead of their guest house. The real address is Ilia Istr. 46. If we hadn't found other lost travelers we never would have heard that.

The room was good, the bed was luxurious (excellent mattress and pristine linens). The room did not have a kettle or a fridge.
