Great location and a lovely apartment, but the shower tiles were a mess and the water didn’t drain well.

We had a nightmare: checked in at 3 pm, only to find the two apartments—costing almost €6,000 for three nights—completely dirty, with towels on the floor, grimy sinks, and unmade beds. A cleaning crew was sent, but we had to wait five hours outside in the cold with 14 other guests. The manager laughed it off, said it was “no big deal,” and offered a token €30 refund, barely 0.5 % of the bill. No apology, no responsibility—just a total lack of professionalism. Avoid this place.
