“It was ok”
The beachfront spot was great. The beds were too small, not queen size; our room leaked and the carpet was soaked; the furniture was dirty and torn.
“Great location but I would have to consider hard stay there again because of the cleanliness and the outdated rooms.”
The location was outstanding. The rooms were very outdated and needed renovations, especially the bathrooms.
“Good Value”
Went well. The room on the 15th floor was nice, with a frig, and coffee and tea. Had a beautiful view of the bay. The pool was a nice addition. Parking was an additional $18. The only problem were the elevators. They are slow. You can only access the 3-story parking garage from ground floor. I understand it. It's a security feature. That said, it's a pain because you have to go to the ground floor, then, change elevators to go to parking garage. When we checked out, there were probably 20 people waiting to ride to the ground floor, on the slow elevators. All the elevators that were going down were full. I finally figured out that we jump on an empty elevator going UP. Other than that, all was well. Elevators
“Adequate, but not the same as it was in years gone by”
Breakfast had many good options. The property feels dated with rusty sinks, a small shower/tub, and old furniture. The bed/mattress was nice. Paying $17/night for parking in a built‑in hi‑rise lot seemed odd. The room next door was very loud and awful.
“Most likely would seek an alternate stay”
The location was good. Cleanliness was an issue: dog food on the carpet and a used wash rag left in the shower.
