The staff were friendly, but the communication channels were slow to respond.

I loved the saltwater pool—it was refreshing.
“Beautiful property with great service.”
The property is beautiful and within walking distance of town; we only stayed overnight so we didn’t get to try everything, but it looks like a place for both families and couples.
I wish they added more daytime activities or amenities for parents and kids, and they should keep the pool cooler; between 9 am and 12 noon the sun hasn't risen yet and the wind is strong, and the same goes for 3 – 6 pm.
“Coccole e comfort”
The new structure has spacious rooms with comfortable beds and luggage space, balconies overlooking the sea and the pool with amazing sunsets; breakfast is varied and tasty; the restaurants—a Peruvian one and a Kappa fusion—are good, though a bit slow; the location is great, just two minutes from the port and 15 from the Paracas National Reserve; on my birthday they sent a cake to my room with the staff’s wishes! The spa charges a high fee for every service, even a tiny jacuzzi; normally a 5‑star hotel would include sauna and jacuzzi for guests, charging only for services, and they should consider charging by time rather than by environment—if you want sauna and hydro massage in an hour you end up paying double.
