The hotel has a great vibe, with staff who are super helpful and the cleaning ladies are lovely. Rooms get cleaned daily and the place is spotless. Breakfast is good and plentiful, and the menu is decent and not too pricey. I’ve stayed here twice this year and would definitely come back. The location is excellent, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. I’d highly recommend the Ahura (Persian) restaurant, just a 15‑minute walk away. The hotel itself sits in a quiet neighbourhood with little noise. Terra City is a 15‑minute walk for shopping, though the prices are similar to those in the UK. I didn’t like the noise from people banging doors; the doors are heavy fire doors, so guests tend to slam them shut instead of closing quietly. This isn’t a fault of the hotel, but a sign asking guests to close doors quietly might help.

The staff were friendly and came to meet us when our flight was delayed. The only issues were worn‑out carpets and a cigarette smell in the room.
