The hotel was very clean and organized. The receptionist was very helpful, and the bed was super comfortable. The sofa was not as comfortable.

We felt very comfortable and welcomed. The staff were excellent, always giving advice and helping out. Breakfast was modest but tasty. The accommodation was comfortable.

Everything met basic standards, but we had a nasty incident when we tried to pour wine from the mini‑fridge and found two bottles filled with foul‑smelling water that resembled sewage—a serious health hazard; luckily we didn’t drink it and reported the problem at the front desk, while the rest of the hotel was perfectly fine.

The room could have had a fridge; outside it was 30 degrees or more.

The hotel is in a great spot right next to the slope and lifts, the staff are very kind and friendly, and the breakfasts and dinners are tasty. The room was large enough and clean with a nice view of the forest. We’ll definitely come back.
