The area isn’t very quiet, but overall the location is good. The port and stops are nearby. The staff are welcoming. The room is clean and has everything you need: air‑conditioning, a mirror, a TV, towels, etc. There’s a luggage lift. I was a little disappointed that the bathroom was on a different floor and that there was no hair dryer; I also wished there was shower gel.

The silence, the friendliness and the fridge were all great. Nothing else.

The hotel sits in Barcelona’s city centre and I didn’t have to share a bedroom. When the cleaning crew finished, a strong bleach smell lingered, so I had to leave the room for hours, then open the door and window when I returned because the odor hadn’t gone. I had to hand in my key every time I left the building—this was the first and only time I’ve had to do that. I didn’t notice anything missing from my belongings, but I didn’t like it. Also, there was no common area to meet other travellers.

The spot is spot on, right near the city centre with loads of breakfast joints and cafés around, and the beach is a short hop, which was a major plus. The walls are super thin, so you can hear other rooms chatting, and the overall noise level was high, making it hard to have a calm, relaxing stay.

The location was good, and the 24‑hour reception was a plus. The room was too small and cramped, and there was a lot of noise coming from the other rooms.
