The price and location were good, but the hallway ventilation was poor and the food smell lingered all day, whether or not anyone had cooked.

The location was fine, but the room I got was full of mold and they offered to swap it for an even worse one. I asked for a refund and ran into issues, but when my Korean friend called, they changed their mind. It’s unacceptable to hide a mold‑infested room in photos; the smell was strong enough that I couldn’t breathe properly during my one night there.

The location is great, just a short walk from a metro entrance. The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped, and lockers are available. The only downside was that the bedding and towels weren’t completely clean.

“Dirty room and very small”

I was really disappointed with this hostel. The first staff member at check‑in was extremely rude and unfriendly, acting like she owned the place and showing no interest in helping. I think she was from Spain or Brazil, though I’m not entirely sure. The second staff member, Renata, was a complete contrast—kind and helpful, and she changed my bedsheet when I mentioned the issue. The room itself was a nightmare: the bedsheet was grey, and within five minutes of entering I saw a white substance on it that looked like semen/sperm, which made me feel very uneasy about sleeping there. Renata kindly replaced the sheet, but the discomfort was already there. The hostel sits on the second floor and requires stairs. There’s a massage parlour in the basement, and the hostel is quite far from the train station. The map location was unclear, so I got a bit lost trying to find it. Overall, aside from Renata’s helpfulness, I was very unhappy. My low rating reflects the rude first staff member and the cleanliness problem with the bedsheet.

“ガッカリ”

その場にいるスタッフの対応は良い方だと思います。 ウォーターサーバーがあるので水を飲んだりお湯を使ってカップラーメンを食べたり出来るのは良かったです。. メッセージは日本語でもなければ自動送信っぽい長文が送られて来て、記載のカカオに連絡しても一回も返事は来ず。 私が1週間居る間に会った宿泊者は全員中国の方でした。毎日便器に尿を飛ばしたりそこらじゅうに髪の毛が散ったりゴミを出しても片付けない人が居るので毎日清掃が入っているのにその人がいる間はずっと部屋が汚かったです。寝てる間にいつも何回もおならをする人も居ました。ルーズな人が多いばかりかと思いきや、帰国前の荷造りをしていたら何度もこっちに視線を送って来て嫌な顔をする神経質な人も居ました。これまで沢山ゲストハウスを利用して来ましたが、宿泊者のマナーはこれまでで1番悪かったと思います。 あと、シャワーの水勢が弱くて使いにくかったです。 洗濯機はありませんので小銭を沢山作って近くのコインランドリーに行かないと洗濯できません。
