Everything was well looked after, and we even received a breakfast upgrade. The team was great, the rooms were nice, and the location was perfect. Parking was free. I wasn’t pleased with the attitude of some other guests who were unkind to the staff.

The property was well maintained, clean, and very well located downtown among all the attractions. The parking, however, was very expensive.

The location was great, breakfast was good, and the room was nice. One of the elevators was broken, but we could use the other one. The first night had a few bugs, so be sure to pay extra for the breakfast package.

Bruno and the other staff member—though I couldn't catch his name—were absolutely fantastic, treating me like their sole priority and checking in on me each time I passed by, giving me the best service and hospitality I’ve ever experienced! The fridge, however, was so cold it froze some of my items; I just left my sandwich out to defrost a bit, which might bother others.
