Sandra, the staff, was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The view from our accommodation was truly breathtaking, and one of the highlights of our stay was witnessing the bioluminescence in the water during an evening tour.
The location of Casa Uwu, including the long tour to get there, was impressive.
The food was the best on the island.

The place is excellent; its location away from the center is great because it offers a wonderful experience. One downside was that it rained very hard one day.

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which failed to live up to its promises and left me feeling misled. The property felt abandoned, with one staff member, Sandra, doing everything from cooking to reception. While she worked incredibly hard, the hotel's condition was a major letdown, with several advertised amenities not being available, including a Japanese restaurant and a usable pool.

I really enjoyed my stay. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed, and the check‑in process was very quick. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. You can see the care put into the place and the staff’s attention, especially Sandra, made a difference. It’s a quiet spot to relax and at the same time well‑located to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again 🤎🛖💫

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of issues, starting with the noise from a tractor destroying the old pool, followed by the lack of water and electricity. We were forced to leave the hotel at 9 PM due to these issues and are still waiting for a refund. The restaurant was closed, and the person who greeted us was friendly but unhelpful in finding a solution.
