The room size and location are perfect for anyone wanting to visit Jaipur as a tourist, especially with family. The bad experience began at check‑in. Mr. Gaurav was there and assigned room 530. I asked him to change rooms because I have a psychological issue with the number 8, but he didn’t listen and said all rooms were occupied; he promised that 2‑3 rooms would free up the next morning and he would shift me. I agreed. When we entered room 530 I was upset because I had booked a non‑smoking room for my family and a 3‑year‑old daughter, yet the room had a strong cigarette smell; the same story repeated that no rooms were available and they would change me in the morning, despite my non‑smoking booking. The front‑desk staff were not cooperative at all. I even asked Mr. Hitesh, the duty manager on 21 October 2026, to cancel my remaining days and issue a refund because my daughter had a fever of 104‑104.5 °F and we had to leave for Delhi to see a doctor. Instead, he tried to convince me to book directly with the hotel instead of a third‑party app or agent, and said no refund would be given. I asked if he could adjust my food bill for the remaining room tariff as we were checking out, but he refused. Breakfast was not good. On 19 October 2026 I went to the buffet dinner with my family and the chicken lababdar was raw, tasting raw turmeric. No one attended to the buffet; if you need something you have to ask staff and wait a long time. They didn’t even care if a dish was finished and should be refilled; you must ask again, and by the time they refill you will have finished your food.

The location was great and the rooms were spacious, but the gym was disappointing with old equipment.

It was close to several spots, but the kitchen chef and staff pushed us to leave reviews while we were eating, insisting we review people who hadn't served us; this forced approach ruined our enjoyment of the hotel and food.
