The front desk service is excellent! The staff are always friendly, attentive, and ready to help, which I highly appreciate. However, I asked for a hair dryer and never received one, and when I checked out I requested help with my luggage but no one came to assist. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness to guest requests.

Nothing was good at all. We booked a family suite, yet the bed covers were stained and unclean, the AC leaked and was corroded, and the accessories felt cheap; the temple is far from the hotel, so you need an auto‑rickshaw, and overall the value for money was low. It’s unsafe for kids because the balcony doors have no locks.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the reception and restaurant staff were extremely nice and helpful, but the parking spaces are a bit small for a big SUV.
