Convenient to all the major sites. Though it was in a somewhat congested part of town, once you were on Arabella grounds it was tranquil. The breakfast was quite nice, though they should upgrade the coffee. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was a little dingy and stuffy. The carpet definitely needs a refresh

Great location. We got a noisy room with an old air condition. And we were on the second floor with no elevator, and far from the pool and the center. It was very expensive in comparison to what we got, we could pay a half for the same conditions.

Great location, very clean comfortable room, and very nice staff. It was not as close to shops to be able to walk, but overall a fantastic experience.
