The shuttle service is great, the breakfast is super tasty, the staff are friendly, and the beds are comfortable.

Relaxing place, and good amenities for the price. Answer from Concierge via WhatsApp was so delayed. Noise isolation at the room wasn't enough, to reduce the noise generated by the planes landing on Juan Santamaría Airport; that woke me up 2 o 3 times during night
