The location is great. John was very friendly and did everything possible for us. Comfortable beds and plenty of tea, coffee, etc. The phone number listed was wrong, which was frustrating when I tried to call just before arrival; the correct number is on the property door. It’s a bit run‑down in places but fine for the price and a place to sleep.

John was exceptional with our requests, treated us with respect, and told us to always ask if we needed anything. Everything with the room was fine. Nothing was wrong.

It’s near the front, which is good, and the owner is very friendly. It’s just a bit old and needs some updates here and there.
