We had a great stay here! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Seoul. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

It was very clean! The location was great, and I could go anywhere quickly. Having staff who spoke Japanese made me feel safe. The place was clean, but the strong chlorine smell in the shower room and toilet was annoying.

The room was very clean and tidy. We stayed for three nights and they cleaned it every day, which was much appreciated.

The front desk team were all very helpful, with two female staff speaking Japanese fluently; the hotel is about five minutes from Kinkō‑5‑gai Station, close to Kōzō Market and roughly ten minutes to Dongdaemun, making the location great. The bathroom has a washlet and a bathtub, and the double room provided enough space for two suitcases. The décor was stylish and spotless, the table small but accompanied by chairs so meals were possible, and the large TV allowed Netflix and YouTube streaming. The café on the first floor could be used at a good price, and fresh towels and water were supplied daily. My six‑day stay was very comfortable and I’d book again on my next trip to Korea. The shower area can be slippery and, depending on the angle, water may splash onto the floor, so it’s best to face the door while showering to keep the floor dry and avoid slipping. There is only one washer and one dryer, taking about an hour to wash and two hours to dry, so you need to plan extra time when using them.

The place was incredibly clean, and the staff’s service was excellent. The café next door was also delicious. No complaints.
