The hotel’s early check‑in and late check‑out policy is incredibly generous, and I was surprised to be able to check in at 9 am.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Matraha. The staff are very polite and friendly, always ready to help with anything. The room is fantastic, fully equipped with everything needed, clean and cozy, and the view from the window is superb. I didn’t try the breakfast because it wasn’t included in my booking. All in all, everything was super! Thanks 💫

The place is well situated, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. The noise level is high because the hotel sits at a prime meeting point and the rooms are above a busy tea shop, but the noise isn’t constant, it isn’t club‑style music, and it quiets down after a certain hour, becoming quite tolerable.
