I didn’t like anything about the property. When I arrived, there were suspicious vehicles in the parking lot and homeless people walking around, making me worry my car could be broken into or stolen. The place didn’t match the photos. I checked the room and found a corner of the bed was already messed up—no, I didn’t touch it. The front desk claimed housekeeping had to fix it because I’d ruined the bed, but I told them I never touched it and that either housekeeping messed it up or the photo was of another room. I canceled immediately because of that lie. They also added an undisclosed $20 pet fee per night, even though my dogs are only 4 lb each. With that extra cost, the room’s condition wasn’t worth the money; I ended up staying at the Hilton for $60 more.

The location was good and the customer service was good, but the curtains were dirty, the bed felt like a rock, and the breakfast was…😂 I’d have paid $40 more for another stay.

“Perfectly acceptable stay”

The room was a decent size, clean enough, with a good bed and a big TV, and the breakfast was okay. The location was a bit odd, tucked along a wide street, but otherwise everything was fine.

The staff is nice and they are accommodating and helpful. There wasn’t anything I didn’t really not like about the property
