The atmosphere was pleasant, yet I ran into a problem: I had arranged with the receptionist to stay until the 21st, paid in full, and was later called at 23:05 asking whether I should leave at 21:00 or extend, which was very disruptive and left me extremely disappointed.

The rooms were spacious and the housekeeping and maintenance staff were extremely helpful; overall the rooms were well appointed. The Wi‑Fi was terrible—I couldn’t send emails or messages. I called the front desk and they suggested trying the alternate Wi‑Fi from the apartments. If the hotel wants to attract business clients, it needs to improve this. The location wasn’t as good as other nearby hotels near malls.

The lobby was luxurious and the in‑house venues were impressive, giving a standard 5‑star feel. The standard king room had a noisy internal shower system.
