“Horor”

Nothing good. On the day we were supposed to arrive at the apartment at 13:09 I got instructions on how to enter, meaning the apartment was ready, but we only arrived around 17:00 and experienced a humiliating situation. I had ordered a romantic set as a surprise for my wife and didn't receive it. Later we found out the bedding hadn’t been changed; when we asked for fresh sheets they said they couldn’t do it that day and that we could leave the apartment. The 21st-century hospitality person doesn’t speak any language.

“Stanza con idromassaggio”

I was very pleased to find an internal parking lot with a gate that made our stay very convenient. The room was very clean and tidy. We were very satisfied. Everything was normal.

Even without personal contact with staff, they were super friendly and always reachable. They gave us great tips for exploring Rome. There’s a private parking spot, air conditioning and a Jacuzzi (nice after a hot day in Rome). It was clean, too. For an extra fee we could have arrived a bit earlier. It’s not right in the center, but everything is easily reachable by public transport. I would have liked a coffee machine or kettle.
